JOB DESCRIPTION
For the expansion of our Take In restaurant, we’re looking for an F&B Manager to help us grow the entire F&B department. From the pre-opening of the pizzeria, to hiring staff, to the management and commercialisation of all the F&B outlets’ activities. You’re not afraid of a challenge and you’re bursting with energy to tackle this new project. You can also motivate and inspire a top team to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience in our bar or restaurant, or in the meeting rooms.
PROFILE
You are responsible for
- Het managing activities in all the F&B outlets (restaurant, bar and meeting rooms) and for events
- You are your team’s motivator and coordinator and are responsible for daily operational perfection
- You report to the General Manager and are part of the management team
- You are responsible for your department’s budget and reporting, and carrying out the necessary checks
- Together with your team, you always strive for improvement and no challenge is too big for you
- You truly care about our guests and guest satisfaction is number one on your priority list
- You are creative and your fresh ideas deliver continuous improvement to the bottom line
ABOUT YOU
- You naturally have the requisite leadership qualities, as well as the experience of supervising a team
- You have experience of running the F&B department of a hotel or restaurant
- You have a passion for food, drink and hospitality in particular, and you can share your enthusiasm about this with your colleagues
- You are a team player who always consults with your own team and the management team to achieve your goals
- You enjoy working in an environment that demands energy, time and perseverance
- You are a person who enjoys and is good at communicating, and you have very strong organisational skills
- You speak Dutch, French and English. If you speak an additional language or languages, that is of course a plus
